Things have just been busy around here, and not much spanking going on!

Hopefully, Monday, MC and I will have some playtime.

Regarding my diet: I’ve done “ok” – we are eating healthy foods – oats, beans, etc. We might be eating a little too much, though. We also went out to eat a few times (I think I had a hamburger a couple of times!) which is a no-no for almost any diet.  Exercise has gone by the wayside as the weather got colder. I actually like cold weather, so that’s not a good excuse.

Truth be told, we’ve been lazy. We’ve been watching movies, making christmas plans and doing what we darn well please! I’ve managed to keep up on the chores, but it’s an afterthought rather than something that I do on purpose.

DD was sick and home from school Monday and Tuesday, so my time was spent trying to get her well.  She’s feeling better and is back to school today.

Now  you see why I haven’t been writing. I really dont have much to write about – and I’m even boring myself at this point!


Delays, Delays and More Delays

Today I had to take DD to the orthodontist. We thought she was going to get her wires put on, but it turns out she needs to have 2 teeth removed, first. I made an appointment for November 28th, but then realized that we would be doing this instead of any Christmas travel – or really any Christmas at all!

Tooth extractions are EXPENSIVE without insurance, and we won’t have insurance until January 1st. So, functional braces are delayed. DD has the hardware on, but the wires will have to wait until January. It sort of works out though, because January 1st is also when we can use the FSA funds. It’s just that poor DD has to wait until January. She says she doesn’t mind. What a good kid.

Tomorrow I have two meetings with DD’s school. One is due to attendance because she misses school due to her asthma. Another is a “6 year planning meeting” – who knows what that means. Jr. High is such a culture shock and so different than it was when I was 12/13.

DD and I will probably go to see my folks for Christmas. MC won’t be able to go, because he’ll have to work. But, I think he’ll enjoy the break anyway. We’ll probably stay at my folks house for a week, taking the train there and back.

Pasadena has gasoline for $1.87 a gallon today! That’s damn near low enough to drive 30 miles to get it. In my town, we are still above $2/gallon, but we are still happy to be below $3/gallon.

Today was a horrible diet day, but it was MC’s fault. He convinced me to use the rest of the peanut butter to make peanut butter cookies! Great mentoring there, MC…  Geez!  I guess one “plus” is that MC is fair, and there’s no way he’d spank me for a day like this – when it’s obviously his fault.

 

At any rate, the recipe made about a hundred of these damned cookies and we ate about half of them today. I’ve been feeling cruddy ever since. I know I ate about 1000 calories in cookies. Exercise is out of the question, because I’m sort of dizzy and I’m sick to my stomach.

 

Tomorrow is a new day.

I was home with DD today, because she was sick. I did more housework than I usually do in one day. She’s feeling better and going back to school tomorrow. So, tomorrow I probably won’t get anything done..lol

Ok, Richard Simmon’s sweatin to the oldies video was too retarded for words. It wasn’t nearly challenging enough. I don’t know what I expected. Back to Billy Blanks and Leslie Sansone, my two stand-bys. I’m going to continue to rent a variety of fitness videos, but no more Richard Simmons. I just can’t bring myself to do it.

To meet my exercise requirement, I have to do 90 minutes of exercise, 6 days a week. That’s 9 hours of exercise each week (Sunday through Saturday). I’ve only done an hour this week. It’s hard to exercise with a sore behind.  I certainly can’t go bike riding. I have to do double time for the rest of the week to meet my goal and avoid punishment. Weigh-ins are on Friday.

Nothing much to report in this category. Maybe MC is putting me through deprivation training and just didn’t tell me.  The poor guy is exhausted after working all day, and just wants to rest when he gets home. I don’t blame him. He has a difficult job, that really takes its toll on him sometimes.  This is part of the reason our sessions take place on his days off.

Week 1 / My First Posting

Tigger….

I suppose I should start with a quick introduction. I am the director of development for a small nonprofit here in Southern California. I live with my husband (MC) and teenage daughter (DD).  MC and I are both educated. He has an AA in Political Science and a BA in Communications. He is an accomplished writer, both in mainstream and BDSM material. He also is a club promoter, and has a lot of fun with that. I have a BA in Sociology and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

I have been a spanko as long as I can remember. I remember having fantasies about my teachers spanking me, and about public spankings at school. When I played with barbies, the Ken always spanked Barbie. When I played with other kids, I made subtle attempts to get one of them bare-bottomed across someone’s knee. It only actually happened once that I can remember, when I was playing house with one of my younger sister. I just swatted her a couple of times, and let her up. She was 6 and I was 10 and I’m pretty sure she wasn’t traumatized. We just went on playing. I remember thinking that I’d better never have kids, because I’d be spanking them all the time. That prediction didn’t come true. By the time I grew up and had a child, I had zero interest in spanking as discipline. So, it doesn’t even enter my mind as an option.

 I haven’t actually spanked anyone, since I grew up. I’ve been spanked by a couple of ex boyfriends, and even my ex husband. But, spanking does not make a relationship. I feel like I finally got it right with MC. He’s my dominant and superior in every way – intellect, age, self-control, physical fitness, social skills, and of course, size. This is not to say that I’m some sort of stupid baby with no self control or desire to better myself. If I was a total loser, someone like MC would never have me. I choose to submit all that I am to the man I love.

 My main exercise programs are Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away the pounds and Billy Blanks Bootcamp – Basic training. I’m renting a variety of exercise videos and will do a write up on some of them. I wonder if I’ll burn more calories, just because I’m having to stand up a while after spankings.

 I think Billy Blanks would be an awesome spanker…I can just hear him – “Count it! 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8…I can’t hear you!”  Yummy

This is my first official “spanked bottom” picture. MC wants these pictures to be posted on a fairly regular basis. The reason is twofold: First, it will track my progress with weight loss. Second, it will show the results of any spankings.  Pictures will be posted every 1 -2 weeks, unless I manage to get myself spanked more than that. This particular picture was taken just after my spanking to deal with diet and exercise issues. The punishment continued after the picture, and sometimes I’ll post those types of pictures. But for today, I’m just posting the results of the diet spanking. It was just a hand and hairbrush spanking, but it was a hard one. MC doesn’t tell me how many swats I’m getting. He just spanks until he’s satisfied that the lesson has “sunk in”.

 Today, MC punished me pretty thoroughly. My entire bottom is covered with welts and bruises. When I say my “entire bottom”, I mean it.
